Each rental is designed to sleep a specific number of people.

Bella Sirena does not allow more than the following number of adults per unit type: 

1-BR / 2 adults | 2-BR / 4 adults | 3-BR / 6 adults.

2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN (-12) ► NO EXTRA CHARGE

NO MORE THAN 2 ADULTS ALLOWED

2-BEDROOM CONDOMINIUM: 6 GUESTS

3-BEDROOM CONDOMINIUM/VILLA: 8 GUESTS

Anyone 12 years of age and older is considered an adult. You will be subject to eviction without return of your rental payment if more people are found in your rental.

There is a 3-night minimum stay on Holidays and Special Season. Certain units require five nights. There is also a 2-night minimum stay on any reservation during regular dates (certain units require three nights). In order to preserve the peaceful family atmosphere at our Rocky Point resorts, the person responsible for checking in will have an age limitation (I.D. will be required upon check-in and must match the reservation name). During holidays and Spring Break, the person responsible for making the reservation must be 21 or older (25 in certain units) and must be present during the entire rental period. No smoking inside condos/villas. No pets of any kind/size/breed allowed. Our resorts do not allow fireworks.
