Security Deposit of $100.00 (Princesa & Pinacate) CASH and $150.00 (Sonoran Spa & Sonoran Sea/Credit Card Accepted) due upon check in. Deposit is fully refundable after inspection of your rental. Deductions will be made for missing kitchen, linen, and decoration items, as well as for property damage. Deductions will also be made for lights and A/C-heat units left on and for windows and doors left open or unlocked when inspection is being conducted..
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIME
Check in is 4:00 pm on your arrival date. Check out is 11:00 am on your departure date. Fees for late check out are $20.00 per hour
Each rental is designed to sleep a specific number of people. This number is noted on your paid confirmation notice. You will lose your damage deposit and be subject to eviction without return of your rental payment if more people are found in your rental.
Reservations are taken in advance. We honor Visa and Master Card. Our reservation office in Arizona is located within the Mi Tierra Mexican Restaurant premises. All credit card payments are submitted through the restaurant.
Reservations are paid in advance. Changes to any reservation will incur a $10 change fee. Confirmed holiday reservations must be paid in full one month prior to arrival date. Confirmed regular reservations cancelled more than fifteen (15) days prior to arrival date will be fully refunded (minus $100.00 cancellation fee). Reservations made less than fifteen (15) days in advance are non-refundable. Holiday reservations made less than thirty (30) days in advance are non-refundable. No refunds for early departures.
ALL UNITS ARE INDIVIDUALLY OWNED
Each owner has furnished their rental in a fashion expected to meet the requirements of rental guests. If you stay in a rental that did not meet your requirements, please let us know. Likewise, if you enjoyed your stay and would like to request the same rental in the future, please let us know, and we will forward this information to the owner.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

Thank you for staying at one of our beautiful resorts in Puerto PeŮasco. We are confident that you will abide by these Rules and Regulations that are being provided for your convenience, and that your stay here will be most pleasurable. Please note that loud, rowdy and disruptive behavior will not tolerated, that all Rules and Regulations of the condos and of Mexico are strictly enforced and that violators will be held accountable including, but not limited to, arrest by proper authorities, eviction from the premises and /or forfeiture of all monies paid. All times quoted in these Rules and Regulations are Mexico time.
|There is a charge for extra people: $20.00US per person per night. (12 & under no charge, 13 & over do count as an extra person.)|
|No refunds for early departures.|
|No additional persons are allowed in the rental than you contract for at time of reservation.|
|Please do not move or rearrange the furniture and avoid taking any items out of the condo. Everything is on inventory and anything damaged, broken, missing or lost will be charged to you. Please report any noticeable damages immediately upon check-in.|
|Fireworks and firearms are prohibited by Mexican law.|
|All Terrain Vehicles (ATVs), Jet Skiís, and Sand Rails will be allowed on the property, but must be parked in a designated area.|
|Camping on the grounds of the condos or congregating in the parking lot to party is not allowed.|
|No pets are allowed: Smoking is not permitted in any unit. No glass containers are permitted around the pool.|
|Only condominium renters and owners will be allowed to use the amenities such as the pool and grills. Be sure to wear your ID bracelet provided at check-in at all times while in the common areas. This allows security personnel to easily identify you and keep unauthorized persons out.|
|BBQ grills are not allowed inside the condos or on the patios. Grills have been installed out on the beach for your convenience.|
|There is a curfew of loud music, TVís radios, parties, and use of the pool or grills after 10:00 p.m. in order to maintain quiet enjoyment for all renters.|
|Purified drinking water is available for $2.50. Please notify staff at Front Desk prior to 5:00 p.m. if you need more.|
|When leaving lower floor condos, please be sure to put the safety bar on the glass door and windows.|
|The cleaning service will be provided after you check out of your unit. If your stay is for 1 week or more bed linens will be changed mid-week.|
|One parking space per condo is provided. If you have additional vehicles, they must be parked outside the designated condo parking area. We are not responsible for vehicles or items left in them, as well as lost or stolen items.|
|Please return all room keys upon check out or your security deposit could be held up and /or charged.|
I HAVE READ & UNDERSTOOD THESE RULES & REGULATIONS. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT BREAKING THESE RULES MAY CAUSE THE LOSS OF THE REST OF MY TIME IN THE RENTAL UNIT OR THE LOSS OF MY DEPOSIT.
