We sometimes receive
calls from rental clients making a reservation when they have already
made a reservation with another agency or resort. You will be
charged by both parties.
Once you place an
online reservation, please be patient as we process each request with the
respective property. You will receive your confirmation number via e-mail.
If you submitted your request after 5:00 PM Monday - Friday or Saturday after 2:00 PM
or anytime on Sunday, you will receive your confirmation details on the next business day.
Sometimes
our e-mail confirmations may be caught by your "Spam Protection" tool, or may be
automatically sent to your "Junk" folder (most common with free
e-mail accounts such as YAHOO, GMAIL & HOTMAIL), please be sure to check
your spam/junk folder. If you do not receive your confirmation within 24 hours,
please

DO NOT CALL OUR RESERVATIONS LINE
as they do not
have access to existing reservations. They only process new
reservations. Our Customer Service and Fulfillment departments
are
located at another location and process all requests via e-mail. You are a confirmation number away from
paradise!
Once you receive
your confirmation, you may also receive a credit card authorization. All we
need is your signature and initials. If/when you receive the
form, please sign (e-signature is acceptable) and forward back to
us. You may be required to provide a copy of a government-issued ID
if the amount exceeds a certain threshold and/or if the arrival date
is less than 10 days away.

your Mexican insurance out of the way. In case you did not know,
IT IS MEXICAN LAW.
You can purchase your policy at the border or you
can purchase it at the lowest rate and print your policy and take it with
you without making a stop at the border and further delaying your trip,
